By using NurseTally at nursetally.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lava Focus Inc.
2. Service Description
NurseTally is a web-based nursing calculation tool provided for educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions. Always verify calculations with clinical references and follow your institution's protocols.
3. User Accounts
- ●You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

- ●You may not share your account credentials with others.
- ●We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Free Tier
5 calculations per day at no cost (10 per day with a free account). No signup required for basic use.
Basic Plan — $3.99/month (billed annually at $47.88/year)
500 calculations per month. Billed annually.
Pro Plan — $7.99/month or $76.70/year
Unlimited calculations. Monthly or yearly billing available (20% savings on yearly).
All payments are processed by Stripe in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds, including our automatic refund for low-usage subscribers.
6. Medical Disclaimer
NurseTally is for educational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical judgment, clinical training, or institutional protocols. Lava Focus Inc. is not liable for any clinical decisions made based on calculations from this tool.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- ✕Misuse the service or attempt to bypass rate limits
- ✕Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- ✕Use the tool for illegal purposes
- ✕Scrape or bulk-extract data from the service
- ✕Share account credentials or resell access
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of NurseTally are the property of Lava Focus Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of NurseTally without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lava Focus Inc. provides NurseTally "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to clinical errors, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of NurseTally after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
